The director of the Russian space agency brГјgger & thomet mp9 Roskosmos Vladimir Popovkin, announced during a speech to the State Duma last week that it had stopped working on a new rocket for manned launches.
Rus-M rocket was supposed to be the replacement for the aging Soyuz rockets, which to date has completed more than 1,700 launches since the space age began in the late 50s. Soyuz is today with the Chinese Long March-2F brГјgger & thomet mp9 rocket, the only rocket in the world that can send people into space after NASA sent the space shuttle retires.
Currently, the manned brГјgger & thomet mp9 Soyuz launches suspended after an accident at the end of August, when an unmanned supply vessel was lost.
