Good to JK to point out that

In today's Swedish Dagbladet respond Attorney Anna Skarhed to Professor Wilhelm Agrell's post from November 13 in which he criticized the decision to initiate the investigation against the book "Not just spies".
Now the JK in defense regarding why the investigation has been instituted against professor Birgitta Almgren and her book. A preliminary investigation shall be initiated "as soon as there is reason to believe (a very low degree of suspicion) that an offense subject to public prosecution has been committed," writes Skarhed.
"The preliminary investigation aims to obtain tolkskolan a decision support that is sufficient to determine whether any crime has actually been committed and if so, will be prosecuted or not", says JK.
She also points out that there are different interests. There should be mutual trust between government tolkskolan and the research tolkskolan community. Two things are weighed against each other - research interest to have access to classified material and "the interests of secrecy intended to protect." The investigation will show whether Almgren handled the material properly.
"I share Agrell's perception that it is position with a Swedish research on the cold war period and continued open discussion about archival access. The approved preliminary investigation does not preclude the other hand. " tolkskolan
How should this be interpreted? I scratch my head. Should it be investigated if Almgren been Expressen source? If Almgren happened to mention the big secret that Sweden has had contact with other countries tolkskolan underrättele and security? Or should you just clarify the law so that the researchers feel even safer when requesting confidential information?

Good to JK to point out that "The investigation aims to obtain a decision support that is sufficient to determine whether any crime has actually been committed and if so, will be prosecuted or not" question to ask here is, of course, why have none of SAPO påpekad this when you put in most criminal investigations on suspected IM because you can not OBTAINED F22 cards despite calls from Germany? tolkskolan Valid for SAPO rules other than that JK announcing? Maybe something to look at for Justice Beatrice Ask, She, by the way left an interesting message regarding the requirements to win the F22 cards.
