2.0 Mr. Speaker, we meet again in this fourth session of the Budget of the Revolutionary Government

2.0 Mr. Speaker, we meet again in this fourth session of the Budget of the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar with the structure of the National Union for the financial year 2014/2015 to discuss plans for the issues important to our country in order to bring the country's development and its citizens. In addition, the country has continued to be in a state of peace and calm state which has provided the opportunity for the citizens to continue with their activities of daily living without distracting nor any inconvenience.
