2.0 Mr. Speaker, we meet again in this fourth session of the Budget of the Revolutionary Government


1.0 Mr. Speaker, I beg to move that this esteemed Council radome resolves radome itself radome into a Committee of Revenue and Expenditure for receiving, discuss and eventually liidhinishe Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure of the Office of the Vice President for the second financial year 2014/2015.
2.0 Mr. Speaker, we meet again in this fourth session of the Budget of the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar with the structure of the National Union for the financial year 2014/2015 to discuss plans for the issues important to our country in order to bring the country's development and its citizens. I thank God for giving us the ability to meet again and I asked him to give us good health and enable us to run our meeting this wisdom, prudence and the utmost integrity. 3.0 Mr. Speaker, I take this opportunity to thank the President of Zanzibar and Chairman of the Revolutionary Council, Hon. Dr.. Ali Mohamed Shein to lead our country with great skill and concentration. We are all witnesses to be under the direction of Dr.. Ali Mohamed Shein, the country has continued to find success in all aspects of economic, social and political. In addition, the country has continued to be in a state of peace and calm state which has provided the opportunity for the citizens to continue with their activities of daily living without distracting nor any inconvenience. May Allah continue to give him good health and long life to him and his family, amzidishie wise and prudent to continue to lead us into action to bring more development to our country.
4.0 Mr. Speaker, as well, I take this opportunity to sincerely thank Mr. First Vice President Seif Sharif Hamad to continue to help and advise well Mr. President of Zanzibar and Chairman of the Council of Mapindunzi and its positive cooperation with my office.
5.0 Mr. Speaker, I would particularly like congratulations to you personally Mr. Speaker for how you vyoliendesha our Council this seriously competence and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the House. Your wise leadership surely strengthened democracy within the Council to pay our Council successful in implementing its obligations. 6.0 Mr. Speaker, may I take this opportunity also to thank the Chairmen and Members of the Standing Committee of the House of Representatives to closely monitor the implementation of the objectives and the different directions they gave to the Ministry manage. radome In addition, I give special radome thanks to the Chairman of the Managing Committee of the Office radome of the National Heads Hon. 9.0 Mr. Speaker, during the 2013/2014 fiscal year, our country has limited options to two (2) which included State Representative Election Kiembesamaki of Unguja West District Councillor and Ward Election District Central Boje Zanzibar.
