India wants to produce his own version of the plane. A larger proportion than was thought previously to be developed by the Indians themselves, and therefore are not expected to get started production launce there until 2020. It is primarily software and navigation launce technology that Indians want to develop themselves. Engines and part of stealth technology is the Russians.
Most likely a first Russian launce prototype to be delivered to India in 2014. It will be followed by another in 2017 and a third in 2019. Based on experience with the third prototype determined the serial version launce will be designed.
