Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic pursuant to 45 paragraph. 1 point. b) Act no. 576/2004 Coll. of health care services related to health care and on amendments to certain laws, as amended makes this professional guidance:
The purpose of vocational quintiq guidance is to provide a uniform procedure for the preparation of patients scheduled for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures with the need for anesthetic care that can be delayed without risk of default (hereinafter referred to as "planned medical interventions") within outpatient care in the deadline set by the healthcare provider.
The objective is to evaluate the preparation of the patient's health status, health risk assessment of the planned power according to Annex. 1 and suggest preparation of the patient so as to ensure the quality quintiq of anesthesia, patient safety and reduce the risk of carrying out the planned health performance at the lowest rate.
(2) Indicating the physician according to the nature of the planned health performance sends the patient to a general practitioner with whom the patient has concluded an agreement for the provision of health care under a special regulation [2]) (hereinafter referred to as "general practitioner") in order to perform basic medical examination.
(3) Indicating doctor report [3]) indicate the data type of the planned health performance, quintiq intended anesthesia, the scheduled quintiq date for implementation of the planned quintiq health performance, specific requirements for laboratory, ancillary or consultative examination in relation to the type and health risks of the planned performance. (1) Basic medical examination is a set of examinations performed by a general practitioner, internist and anesthesiologist. Basic medical examination consists of a medical history, complete physical examination of the patient, laboratory assessment, relief and consulting examinations.
